I
am an licensed remodel contractor and real estate investor. I mainly focus on property in Solano County, Napa County. The majority of my focus is within Fairfield, Suisun, Vacaville as well as Dixon, and Vallejo. I have
been helping people solve problems with their property since 1998.
During this time I have worked with many wonderful clients on a wide
variety of projects, built great relationships in the community, and
would like to extend my services in a broader fashion. In today's
market I am finding many homeowners in difficult positions. I have also
realized that for most problems there is always a solution.
I
currently purchase properties that might otherwise be difficult to
market, whether it's due to extensive repairs, no equity, upside down
on loans, need to sell fast, whatever the reason may be. I work with
lenders, banks, and other agencies to try to come up with equitable
solutions where others might not be able to, or have been unwilling to.
